ECO POWER BURNERS Nickel-plated cast iron high power burners with pilot flame, guaranteed for life and attached through a waterproof seal to the pressed worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel.

GRIDDLES A complete range of gas and electric griddles with single or double plates made of steel or chrome are able to cook any food “on contact” and even the most delicate of dishes. The uniform heat distribution system guarantees perfect cooking without the dispersion of heat: energy saving and improvement of the workplace are obvious results.

NEUTRAL UNITS

In the single or double version, plain tops are convenient and useful to complete any commercial kitchens, thanks to large and completely smooth surfaces. The pressed board with rounded edges makes cleaning faster. Maximum hygiene is guaranteed.

ELECTRIC FOOD WARMER

Perfect appliance to maintain fried foods (such as chips, meatballs, sausages, etc.) warm and dry without the loss of fragrance or consistency. A parabola reflecting ceramic surface irradiates heat from the top while the removable, drilled and shaped false bottom allows the food to drip and makes the product collection easier. The precise temperature setting is possible due to the continuous power regulator.

Available in 12 versions, with power ranging from 3.5 kW to 18 kW. Mechanical controls allow a precise adjustment of temperature, which is detected directly in the basin by a thermal probe. Single or double basins from 8 L to 10 L are completely rounded and pressed and allow the operator to maintain the maximum hygiene and be safe and comfortable while working.
Direct high efficiency and undirected heat technology guarantees a very quick recovery time and a heat distribution over a large surface prevents oil from being damaged by excessive temperatures.

GAS COOKERS

PLUS 600 ECO POWER SERIES is characterized by all the burners having a diameter of 120 mm and 6 kW of power and with diameter of 90 mm and 3.5 kW of power to make the unit very flexible to use. Single, independent grates made of enameled cast iron able to withstand thermal and mechanical stress. The ovens are made of stainless steel and come in a gas or electric version, static or with convection.
Thanks to their full and rounded design, the cast iron grates create a unique worktop where it is possible to move pans easily. The 12 kW, 7 kW and 3.5 kW burners made of nickel-plated cast iron with a high thickness are guaranteed for life. High energy efficiency allows a gas savings of at least 30% per iron as compared with traditional burners. The cooking top with rounded edges is completely removable so that maintenance and clearing can be carried out easily and efficiently.

ELECTRIC COOKERS

Equipped with rounded cast iron hot plates of 180 mm in diameter and with 2 kW each that quickly reach 400° C. Easily adjustable with the selector that activates 6 different concentric areas of power. This direct temperature control system ensures high energy savings and makes this unit perfect for keeping food warm and boiling large amounts of water. Heating elements are tightly joined on a top pressed in a unique piece and made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

GRIDDLES

GRILLS

Grilling is a natural way of cooking, thanks to its specific characteristics, lava rocks recreate traditional grilling with a more precise control of temperatures, easier cleaning and more safety for the operator. The grill is completely made of enameled steel and is shaped so that the operator can work on a large surface suitable for different kinds of food (such as meat, fish and vegetables). Easy to clean. The incline allows the fat to flow away naturally into a large collection tray.
